Manufactures hydronic fan coils and air handlers used in commercial buildings such as hotels, office buildings, apartments and condominiums.  They are also used in institutional buildings such as schools, universities, hospitals and nursing homes.   They also manufacture an advanced line of UV Lights.

Climate Master, Inc.
Manufactures water source heat pumps and geothermal heat pumps used in commercial buildings such as hotels, office buildings, apartments and condominiums.  They are used in institutional buildings such as schools, universities, hospitals and nursing homes.  Geothermal heat pumps are also used in residential single-family homes, apartments and government housing.

ClimaCool Corp.
Manufactures compact and easy-to-maintain water-cooled modular chillers.  They are applicable in new construction and an innovative solution for replacing large tonnage chillers without tearing out a portion of the building.  Each 30 and 50 ton ClimaCool^® chiller module measures just 29.5" in width, allowing it to pass conveniently through existing equipment room doors or onto standard passenger elevators.  Modules can be field coupled to meet large project tonnage requirements up to 400 tons.  Simply add another module or modules until your desired capacity is satisfied.

ClimateCraft, Inc.
Manufactures custom air handlers used in commercial applications to cool, heat and filter the air.  Typically ClimateCraft^® air handlers are used in industrial plants, schools, universities, hospitals and the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries.

Koax Corp.
Manufactures a complete line of tube-in-tube condensers and evaporators applied in heat pumps, chillers, desuperheaters and domestic hot water generators.  KOAX^® products can be utilized in many applications where fluid chilling or heating is required.
